In preparation for the gift of the new school year with our Catholic-school children and their families, it is with great pride and admiration that I greet you with this message. It is my sincere hope that each of our families found time this summer to refresh and renew spiritually and mentally to meet the many opportunities that the 2016-17 school year promises to provide. I personally feel a renewed sense of devotion and care for our children, which is a sentiment I know is shared by each of our administrators and teachers.
Our Catholic schools in the Diocese of Rochester are excited about the whole-child experiences that we will share with our families, including, but not limited to: Holy Mass, prayer services, drama performances, art shows, CYO and athletics, STEM projects/experiments, and so much more. The focus of our excellent academic and cocurricular programs is the development of the whole person of the student, spiritually, intellectually, socially and physically. We are committed to preparing students for life in today’s church and society.
We are fortunate that the Lord has granted such a dedicated teaching staff to kindly guide our students in the pursuit of faith formation and academic growth. All of our school’s faculties and staff look forward to working with our Catholic-school parents to form young people who live out their faith in a world in search of hope, love and integrity.
We understand that our families serve as our greatest treasure within our Catholic-school communities. If you have chosen a Catholic education for your child, thank you for your commitment, and it is my hope that you will share the reasons for your commitment with your loving family and close friends. May God continue to grant his blessings on our families and schools.
