An adult Lenten faith-formation series is being offered on Wednesdays at the parish center of Our Lady of Lourdes, Elmira.
Themes and presenters are:
* Feb. 16: “We are Sacred and Social,” Kathleen Dubel, justice-and-peace coordinator, Catholic Charities of the Southern Tier.
* Feb. 23: “Human Persons — Laboratory Products?” Jann Armantrout, diocesan Catholic Charities life-issues coordinator.
* March 2: “God and Money,” Kathleen Dubel.
* March 9: “War, Peace and Human Rights,” Ruth Putnam, diocesan Catholic Charities Works of Love coordinator.
* March 16: “Discipleship,” Kathleen Dubel.
Each session will run from 7 to 8:30 p.m. All are welcome, and there is no charge.
