Annual bike event to benefit Penn Yan school

St. Michael School in Penn Yan will hold its eighth-annual Bike the Bluff fundraiser June 17.

Participants in this year’s fundraising bike ride will be able to choose from four different courses, all of which start at Keuka College’s athletic fields. The first option is a 30-mile ride that goes through Keuka Lake State Park; the second is an 18-mile ride through the state park and along scenic West Bluff Drive; the third is a 12-mile ride along Keuka Lake on East Bluff Drive; and the fourth is a three-mile ride on a course yet to be determined.

The registration fee is $25 per person, $10 for children 15 and under and $50 for a group of up to five immediate family members living in the same house. Participants who raise the minimum of $100 per person or $250 per family in pledges will receive Bike the Bluff T-shirts.
