Bishop Salvatore R. Matano celebrated the annual Blue Mass for law enforcement personnel Oct. 16 at Rochester’s Sacred Heart Cathedral. Members from several law enforcement agencies attended the Mass, which honored and prayed for law enforcement personnel throughout the community.
