Law enforcement personnel were invited to Rochester’s Sacred Heart Cathedral Sept. 29 for the annual Blue Mass. Bishop Salvatore R. Matano was principal celebrant and homilist for the liturgy, during which all local, county, state and federal law enforcement personnel were honored and prayed for.
