Bishop Salvatore R. Matano will preside at the annual Blue Mass for members of law enforcement at 4 p.m. Oct. 14 at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Park, Rochester.
All are welcome to attend to pray for the safety of the men and women who risk their lives to serve and protect the community.
