Tioga County-area residents who need help rebuilding their homes after last summer’s flooding will have skilled help available the week of March 26-30.
Contractors from Providence Housing Development Corp. in Rochester are planning to volunteer their time. You also may be eligible for financial assistance toward purchasing materials.
