Auburn’s Father Albert Shamon Assembly 0735 Knights of Columbus Fourth Degree is inviting the public to attend three of the upcoming events the organization is participating in.
A special Memorial Day Mass will be held at 9 a.m. May 28 at the altar at the south end of St. Joseph Cemetery in Auburn. The Mass will honor those who gave their lives in exchange for America’s freedom.
The next week St. Mary Parish in Auburn will host a Mass in honor of the 40th anniversary of Father Frank Lioi’s ordination to the priesthood. The Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. June 3.
Auburn’s annual “Rachel Mass” will be held at 10 a.m. June 16 in the section of St. Joseph Cemetery designated for infants. This section is off of Sand Beach Road, and the Mass will be held for the souls of all born and unborn children.
