Auburn parish will offer candlelit, chanted prayer Sunday evenings during Advent

St. Mary Church in Auburn will be filled with the sounds of Gregorian chant each Sunday evening at 8 p.m. during Advent.

The church, located at 15 Clark St., will host Compline, which is the Office of Night Prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours. The quiet, reflective prayer will be sung by candlelight by the parish’s chant group Schola Gregoriana.
