Beg court for justice

To the editor:

The documentary "Silent Scream" is the centerpiece of the pro-life, anti-abortion cause. It shows an active baby in the womb fighting for its life as a scalpel cuts it to pieces.

The shear horror of this sonogram reveals the cruelty and the reality of an abortion "procedure."

It sickens and saddens beyond words to think of the beautiful, healthy babies, millions of them, who are butchered in this way for the convenience of the mother — who are massacred in this way in the name of a "choice" that was never granted to women by God or the Constitution.

Like the Holy Innocents slaughtered by King Herod, their blood is calling down God’s vengeance for the demonic destruction of his "little ones." The world will never be at peace as log as their blood is on our hands.

The U.S. Supreme Court now has a majority of six Catholic justices. But the word "Catholic" is meaningless as long as they do nothing to overturn the Roe vs. Wade decision of 1973. Their silence connotes consent to murder.

In a recent decision, the court granted "personhood" to corporations, but will not grand the same status to the "person" of an unborn child.

Each and every one of us must give voice to the defenseless babies screaming for our help from the silence of the womb.

If you can do nothing else, clip or copy this letter and send it to U.S. Supreme Court, 1 First St. NE, Washington, DC 20543.
