A four-week Lenten program on the Bible is being offered at Holy Cross Church, 375 George Road, Dryden.
Sessions will be held on Wednesday evenings beginning Feb. 28. The program, conducted through St. Bernard’s School of Theology and Ministry, will count as credit toward the diocesan certification for ministry program, but is open to anybody interested in a more in-depth look at the Bible.
Participants will explore how the Bible came together, where it came from, and the stages that led to its present form. They also will discuss the lives and times of biblical writers.
Cost of the course is $100, with some scholarships available. Call Anne-Marie Brogan at 607/844-8314 for details.
