Bishop Matano celebrates the Diocesan Respect Life Mass at Sacred Heart Cathedral. The Mass was held to honor 20 years of Project Rachel ministry in the Diocese of Rochester. Project Rachel is ministry that seeks to bring healing to women who have had abortions. After the Mass a reception was held in appreciation of Father James Hewes, whose vision and 18 years of Project Rachel leadership were instrumental in the success of the program.
