Bishop Matano celebrates Mass in Auburn
Two days after his installation, Bishop Salvatore R. Matano celebrated his first public Mass as Bishop of Rochester in front of a packed congregation at St. Mary Church in Auburn Sunday, Jan. 5. After Mass, he greeted parishioners for more than an hour.
