Boy Scouts in Troop 195 observed Memorial Day by placing thousands of flags at the graves of veterans in Rochester’s Holy Sepulchre Cemetery May 21. The annual tradition for the troop began 14 years ago under the leadership of Scoutmaster Mike Civiletti. Civiletti passed away in 2006 and the troop carries on the flagging in his memory.
