The annual North Clinton Business Association Christmas tree lighting and parade took place Dec. 12 at Rochester’s St. Michael Church. The tree was lit with the help of Nancy Ortiz-Colon, sister of the late Rochester Police Department Officer Manuel “Manny” Ortiz, and Rochester Police Chief La’Ron D. Singletary.
