Canandaigua Catholic school, bakery team up for pie sale

St. Mary School in Canandaigua has partnered with Special Touch Bakery, a nonprofit organization that provides training and employment to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, to offer a holiday pie sale.

Five different varieties of pie, each measuring 9 inches in diameter, will be available to purchase for $16 apiece. The available varieties are apple crumb, cherry, pecan, pumpkin and rumbleberry, which contains raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.

Pie orders and payment will be taken through Nov. 5. Checks should be made payable to St. Mary School. Pies will be available for pickup Nov. 22 from 3 to 4:30 at St. Mary School, located at 16 Gibson St. in Canandaigua.
