To the editor:
Trash trains, global warming, etc. … aren’t we all to blame for this? Why can’t our county board of supervisors, who represent us locally, take a stand on our taking of more trash in Seneca County? I think we need and thought we had a moratorium on the landfill. Now to find out this is not true. Our politicians along with each of us need to examine our consciences to see if materialism and the gathering of more money is our purpose on this Earth or is it to take care of our families, help one another and live in peace? I certainly choose the latter and ask "to share the garbage" with other areas of New York state and our country. WE IN SENECA COUNTY HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!
