Catholic Charities of Tompkins/Tioga is requesting backpacks and school supplies for area students in grades kindergarten through 12.
Donations of new backpacks, notebooks, pencils, pens, folders, highlighters, graph paper and other supplies will be accepted until Aug. 17. They can be dropped off at the Catholic Charities office at 324 W. Buffalo St., Ithaca, Tuesday through Friday.
