Catholic Daughters and friends from St. Francis and St. Clare Parish made a trip this week to Rochester to the Sisters of St. Joseph’s Motherhouse.
After a history lesson on the Sisters, whose order began in France, and a tour of the Motherhouse that can house up to 150 people, they were joined by the Sisters for a Mass and then lunch. Sisters joining the Catholic Daughters in the photo are Sister Jacqueline Robinson (worked at DeSales High School in Geneva) and Sisters Ann Marvin and Catherine Judge (past teacher and principal of St. Mary’s School in Waterloo).
