Catholic schools in Rochester Diocese will have new principals

Along with a new superintendent, four Diocese of Rochester Catholic schools will have new principals for the 2023-24 school year.

Crystal Criticos has been named to replace Frank Arvizzigno at St. Lawrence School in Greece. Arvizzigno became superintendent of Diocese of Rochester Catholic schools Aug. 1. Criticos most recently served as the fourth-grade teacher at St. Lawrence School.

Jennifer LeFrois is the new principal at St. Rita School in Webster. She replaces Interim Principal Ellen Wagner, who stepped in mid-school year after then-principal Nancy Ferrarone left.

Cristina Falbo is the new principal at Canandaigua’s St. Mary School. She succeeds Lisa Milano, who had served as principal since 2019. Falbo has been a part of the faculty at St. Mary School since 2013 and most recently served as the school’s kindergarten teacher.

Anthony Reale will lead Irondequoit’s St. Kateri School. He replaces principal Terri Morgan, who was principal of St. Kateri School since 2018.

Andrea Milgate will continue as interim principal at Rochester’s St. Ambrose Academy for the 2023-24 school year. She became interim principal in March 2023 after then-principal Christine Deutsch left the school.
