The Altar-Rosary Society of St. Patrick Church in Cato will hold its annual chicken barbecue April 26 at the church, 2576 E. Mechanic St. St. Patrick is part of Our Lady of the Snow Parish, which also includes churches in Weedsport and Port Byron.
The barbecue will begin at 9:30 a.m. and continue until the chicken is sold out. Only take-out meals will be sold, and each meal will include a half chicken, macaroni salad, potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw, a dinner roll and butter, and pie. Chicken halves also will be sold separately.
