Catholic Charities of the Finger Lakes will present a live, one-man performance of "A Christmas Carol" Dec. 8 at Geneva’s First United Methodist Church, located at 340 Main St.
The star of this version of Charles Dickens’ classic play will be Canandaigua resident Kim Tenreiro, who will perform the roles of more than 30 characters, including the infamous Ebenezer Scrooge as well as Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim.
Proceeds from the performance will support Catholic Charities of the Finger Lakes’ Geneva Community Lunch Program, which is based in the First United Methodist Church and serves nutritious, hot meals five days a week to those in need in the Geneva community.
Tickets may be purchased for $10 apiece for adults and $5 apiece for children 12 and under. Families of three or more may purchase tickets for a family rate of $25.
