There will be a ceremony of remembrance for parents, families and friends of children who have died too soon at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Church of the Transfiguration, 50 W. Bloomfield Road, Pittsford.
The ceremony is sponsored by Rochester Kids (Jeff Milano-Johnson Fund) in conjunction with The Compassionate Friends Worldwide Candle Lighting. The nondenominational event will include live music, lighting of candles, reading of names, harp playing, a slideshow of children’s photos and light refreshments following.
