A chair lift leading to the perpetual adoration chapel was recently installed at St. Casimir Church, 1000 Davis St., Elmira.
This new feature is to be used by anybody who has trouble getting up and down steps. It is safe and easy to operate. Anybody who would like some initial guidance is encouraged to call a St. Casimir/St. Charles Borromeo parish staff member at 607/734-1622, and arrangements will be made to provide assistance.
The chair lift was made possible through donations. St. Casimir’s perpetual adoration chapel was constructed and opened in 1992.
