Chef Nate Cianciola, a parishioner of Light of Christ Parish, the new name for Rochester’s St. Andrew and Church of the Annunciation parishes, will donate $1 to the St. Andrew Food Cupboard for every cookbook sold during an upcoming book signing in Greece.
The signing will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, at the Barnes and Noble Booksellers, 330 Greece Ridge Center Drive, Greece. Cianciola is author of the book Frenching Food Italian Style, which features international award-winning recipes for veal, chicken and artichoke French.
