The snow and cold did not stop students, faculty and community members from paying tribute to veterans and first responders during the third-annual Field of Honor at Chili’s St. Pius Tenth School. The students sang songs, led prayers, and thanked veterans and first responders during an opening ceremony Nov. 10. Titled “Service and Sacrifice,” the Field of Honor will be on display outside St. Pius Tenth Church through Nov. 14. The event raises funds for the Veterans Outreach Center.
