Items are needed for a school-clothing drive/giveaway being held in Watkins Glen.
Organizers are requesting good, used, clean clothing and such school items as pens and pencils. Collection dates will take place Monday, Aug. 21, and Thursday, Aug. 24, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day in the gym area of St. Mary of the Lake Parish Center. The giveaway will take place Aug. 25 from noon to 7 p.m. at the center.
