These ladies and many more from St. Joseph School and the surrounding community helped assemble the flags on Sunday May 17th for use in the Healing Field – Field of Hopes and Dreams that took place at Auburn’s Hoopes Park from May 21-25. As part of the project, more than 800 American flags were posted in perfect rows in the park. The event has been organized for the past three years by the students and staff of St. Joseph School in Auburn.
