Corning native notes 25th as a Salvatorian

Sister Pat Russell, SDS, a native of Corning, recently observed her 25th jubilee of religious profession in the Sisters of the Divine Savior, also known as the Salvatorians. Her celebration took place June 23 in Milwaukee, Wis.

Sister Russell grew up in St. Mary Parish in Corning. She is currently the business manager and a pastoral-team member at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Cookeville, Tenn.

The Sisters of the Divine Savior is an international congregation with North American provincial offices in Milwaukee. Sister Russell has served in a number of business and finance capacities during her quarter-century as a Salvatorian.
