Amazon gift cards and tickets to events at Fairport’s Casa Larga Vineyards are among the prizes area readers could win for participating in the Catholic Courier’s 2021 readership survey. The survey, which should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete, can be accessed at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/couriersurvey2021 or from ads and links on the Courier website, Courier e-newsletters or Facebook page.

Responses from the survey will provide the paper’s board of directors and staff with invaluable feedback to help in shaping Catholic journalism in the Diocese of Rochester for the next several years.

Survey questions address readers’ utilization of the Courier’s monthly print issues; awareness and usage of the Courier’s website, e-newsletters and social media platforms; satisfaction with the Courier’s coverage in both print and digital formats across all platforms of various topics, regions and demographic groups; and how readers view the Courier’s role in the diocesan community.

All survey participants who complete at least 14 questions will receive a coupon code for use at the Courier’s SmugMug site, where they can choose a FREE 5”x 7” print from hundreds of images created by Courier photographers.

New York state residents who complete the survey also will have the option to follow a link away from SurveyMonkey to a form on the Courier website where they can enter drawings for such prizes as Amazon gifts cards; copies of the 324-page photographic, coffee-table book “150 Years of Faith, Hope and Charity” on the diocese’s 2017 anniversary; copies of the 2021 Diocese of Rochester Directory; or tickets for sampling flights or a patio party at Casa Large Vineyard.

Drawings will take place in May, and each entrant may win no more than one prize in addition to the free photographic print.
