Craft sale to aid Geneva school

DeSales High School in Geneva will host its Fall Craft Show from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Oct. 10 in the gymnasium of the high school, located at 90 Pulteney St.

The craft show will feature more than 75 artists and crafters from around the area who will be selling their jewelry, quilts, soaps, candles, knitted and sewn items, pet toys, photographs and handmade wooden items. There also will be a bake sale and a raffle, and lunch will be served during the day.

The craft show used to be an annual event at the school until about 10 years ago, said Suzanne Pohorence, who recently volunteered to resurrect and coordinate the fundraiser. The proceeds from vendor fees and the sale of lunch, baked goods and raffle tickets will benefit DeSales High School.

For more information, contact the school at 315-789-5111.
