Diocesan students celebrate Catholic Schools Week

Each year, students from across the diocese participate in a variety of activities to celebrate Catholic Schools Week, which this year was Jan. 29-Feb. 4. This year, the Catholic Courier photographed a Catholic Schools Week Mass with Bishop Salvatore R. Matano that drew students from all corners of the diocese; a special dress-up and reading buddy day at Geneva’s St. Francis-St. Stephen School; a day of service with students from St. Lawrence School in Greece; a visit to the Strong Museum and a fencing lesson with St. John Neumann School in Rochester; and an ice skating trip with students from Canandaigua’s St. Mary School.
