Walkers and donors are being sought for the Walk for Life that will support the Southern Tier Pregnancy Resource Center.
The walk is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 29, at Big Flats Community Park. Registration is at 9 a.m. and the walk begins at 9:30. To complete an online registration form and for more information, visit www.stprc.org/home.html.
The pregnancy resource center is located in Suite 201 of the Elmira Medical Arts Building at St. Joseph’s Hospital. More than 400 women are seen annually by trained volunteers and staff who offer counseling and education regarding sexual health, pregnancy and parenting as well as limited medical services.
