Catholic Family Center will present Empty Bowls, an annual fundraiser soup supper for hunger relief and awareness, from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, at First Unitarian Church, 220 Winton Road, Rochester. Tickets are $30 if purchased in advance online or at Wegmans. Tickets are available at the door for $35.
Each ticket includes soup, beverages, dessert and a handcrafted bowl. The bowls are created in the months prior to the event by potters who donate their time and talent. For details, visit www.emptybowlsroc.org.
