A program regarding Catholic social teaching on end-of-life issues will take place Tuesday, May 3, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at St. Mary’s Southside Church, 224 Franklin St., Elmira.
Guest presenters will be Jann Armantrout, life-issues coordinator for diocesan Catholic Charities; and Amy Pollard, vice president for patient services and chair of the ethics committee at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Elmira.
Catholic health-care proxy forms will be available at the program. The event is free and open to the public, and no reservations are necessary.
