Enjoyed issue for Advent

To the editor:

I enjoyed your December issue of the Courier. Your mix of stories was outstanding. Out of the many good ones I liked were: “Events of 2005 offers lessons” by Bishop Matthew Clark. Your “Jews, Catholics travel to Rome” story was most appropriate, since it was a prophecy that Jesus was to be crucified for the sins of all men, regardless of creed or race. In your Faith and Family section, “Advent is a time of preparation” and “Big, small miracles still abound today” scored big with me. I’m sure you reached out to many readers of the Catholic Courier who enjoyed it as well as I.
