A mixture of family, faith, fun and friends is available this summer through Family Camp at Camp Koinonia.
The camp is located in the scenic hills of Italy Valley, near the southern tip of Canandaigua Lake. Three sessions of Family Camp are offered during the month of July, with each session running from Sunday through Friday.
Family Camp is designed to assist family members in deepening their faith in a Catholic setting while bonding among themselves and other participating families. Each day of Family Camp includes prayer, family sharing time, adult and youth discussion sessions, and Mass. Afternoons are open for swimming, hiking, crafts, sports, relaxing and socializing. Evenings include such community recreational activities as campfires and square dancing. Camp staff members provide three meals per day and assist with children’s activities and additional family-friendly activities.
