The first meeting of the recently formed Finger Lakes-area Feminists Choosing Life will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Oct. 11 in the Reading Room at the Geneva Public Library, 244 Main St.
The group is a chapter of New York State Feminists Choosing Life, which was formerly called New York State Feminists for Life. During the meeting a member of the state group will give an update on what is happening at the state level, and the local chapter will set an agenda and calendar for 2008.
All are welcome to attend the meeting.
