The fourth-annual Festival of Choirs will take place from 3 to 4 p.m. April 29 at St. Salome Church, 4282 Culver Road, Irondequoit.
The program will include more than 100 voices from the six musical ministries of St. Ann’s Community and Christ the King, St. Cecilia, St. Margaret Mary, St. Salome and St. Thomas the Apostles parishes. Music will include the “Hallelujah Chorus” from Handel’s “Messiah.”
A free reception with refreshments will follow the free concert. The event is sponsored by Irondequoit Senior Ministries and the Turula Family Fund Inc.
