Fidelis Care, the New York state bishops’ health plan, recently opened an office in downtown Rochester. Fidelis’ Rochester Community Office, which is located at 28 E. Main St., is billed as a "one-stop shop," where local residents can get information about affordable health insurance coverage and learn about Fidelis Care products.
