Living its mission to help those in need, Fidelis Care, the New York State Catholic Health Plan, recently partnered with Walmart and radio station Z95.5 for the annual “Build Your Backpack” giveaway. On August 22, more than 150 Fidelis Care backpacks with school supplies donated by Walmart were given to children at Catholic Charities of Tompkins/Tioga County in Ithaca.
