Catholic Charities of the Finger Lakes will honor seven individuals with its Sharing the Light Award June 13.
Each year, the agency presents the award to individuals who have volunteered their time and talents to better their communities. This year’s honorees are Brian Finnerty, Bob Hegeman, Ellen Hughes, Eleanor Parker, Rhoda Overstreet-Wilson, and Victor and Delores Nelson.
An awards dinner will take place June 13 in the Vandervort Room in the Scandling Center at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva. The dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres as well as live and silent auctions. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m.
