Finger Lakes pro-life group to hold flower sale

Finger Lakes Area Right to Life will hold its annual Mothers Day Flower Sale after all Masses May 10-11 at several local churches.

The group is requesting a $1 donation for each carnation, and profits from the sale will help fund the group’s pro-life activities, including its annual bus trip to the March for Life in Washington, D.C., each January. The organization has sponsored this flower sale for more than 30 years, and the requested donation has always remained $1. Personal checks will be accepted if they are made out to Finger Lakes Area Right to Life.

Flowers will be sold at the following churches: St. Mary Church, 25 Center St. in Waterloo; St. Patrick Church, 97 W. Bayard St. in Seneca Falls; St. Francis de Sales Church, 130 Exchange St. in Geneva; St. Stephen Church, 48 Pulteney St. in Geneva; St. Felix Church, 12 Hibbard Ave. in Clifton Springs; St. Francis Church, 12 Church St. in Phelps; St. Mary Church on Gilbert Street/Route 245 in Rushville; and St. Michael Church, 3 Holley St. in Lyons.
