A priest’s effort to locate graves and murder sites of Jews killed during World War II will be the subject of "The Holocaust By Bullets." The program is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 28, at the Nazareth College Arts Center, 4245 East Ave., Pittsford. It begins at 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
Serving as featured speaker will be Father Patrick Desbois, a native of France who is leading an elaborate initiative to find every mass grave and site where Jews were killed — chiefly by Nazi shooting squads — in Ukraine and Belorussia. He is working closely with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
