To the editor:
On December 18th Rev. William Cosgrove was honored for his Golden Jubilee. He presided at noon Mass at St. Jude the Apostle Church in Rochester with a reception following at Logan’s Party House with over 625 people in attendance. It was a befitting tribute to a man who truly deserved it.
We at St. Dominic’s Church in Shortsville were privileged to have Father Cosgrove as our priest for 17 years, after which time he retired. Our congratulations to him on achieving this milestone and our best wishes to him always.
We’re happy that we could be a part of the celebration along with his family and many friends. We will always miss you, Father Cosgrove.
