St. Agnes School in Avon is having an electronic- and computer-equipment drop-off on Saturday, May 12. It will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Lakeland Equipment on Tec Drive (off Route 15) in east Avon.
The public is encouraged to bring unwanted and broken computers, monitors, printers, microwaves, televisions and more. There is no limit on quantity and no charge involved, and the collection is environmentally safe. Funds will be put toward purchasing SMART boards for St. Agnes students.
