The Eighth Annual Catholic Schools Scholarship Golf Classic will be held Tuesday, June 29, at Greystone Golf Club, 1400 Atlantic Ave., Walworth.
The tournament is held to raise funds to finance Catholic student scholarships. This year’s fundraising goal is $30,000, which would provide each of the Catholic elementary and junior high schools in Monroe County more than $1,000 apiece to offer as financial aid for the 2004-05 school year.
Registration starts at 9 a.m. A putting contest takes place at 9:15 a.m. Shotgun start is at 10 a.m. Lunch begins at the turn, and there will be a dinner and awards ceremony at 4 p.m.
