To the editor:
After reading "Priest shares facts about annulment process" in the June 2016 edition of the Catholic Courier, I felt compelled to respond with love and gratitude to our Lord and Savior for leading the Diocese of Rochester and Bishop Matano to make adjustments to the fees for annulments. Thank you. This was one good decision which I can only pray leaves the door open for additional revisions of the annulment process.
Having experienced this process first hand, I pray for all who sadly have to go thru the legal divorce process as well as make the decision to go thru the annulment process. Both are emotionally difficult and draining processes. … Jesus Christ holds the key to true healing of the heart and has a place for you in Heaven. He died on the cross for us so now is the time to thank him. Be a "Merciful servant like the Father."
