To the editor:
A letter in the March issue of the Catholic Courier regarding a seminarian assigned to our Mother of Sorrows Church in Greece prompted us to write of another seminarian. Michael Merritt, assigned to us this year at Holy Cross Church in Charlotte. Michael has been visible, participating in all aspects of the many activities going on within our parish and particularly helping our two very fine priests during all aspects of the liturgy.
We just wanted to take this opportunity to let him know how much his presence here this year is appreciated by us and the parishioners of Holy Cross. We feel truly blessed to have had you with us for this duration of time.
