Holy Family Parish, 415 Ames St., Rochester, will host the second-annual healing Mass sponsored by the Friends of Holy Family.
The spiritual renewal and healing Mass will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 13, led by Redemptorist Father William Gaffney, formerly coordinator at Notre Dame Retreat House in Canandaigua for nine years and formerly form the Bronx and Notre Dame University.
Father Gaffney has had 45 years in mission preaching, conducting Bible workshops, parish-community experiences and more than 250 Marriage Encounter weekends. He is a part of the Sacred Heart Aposolate, encouraging the enthronement of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in homes, schools and parishes.
The Mass will include a homily by Father Gaffney with blessings and Benediction. Refreshments will be served following Mass. The church is accessible for people with disabilities and has monitored, lighted parking lots.
